Positive Psychology Workshops (Teachers)

Service Description

Training workshops designed for teachers and school staff to start applying positive psychology principles in school. Research has proven that students tend to improve in performance, achievement and wellbeing after practising positive psychology-based activities in school. We can train your staff on: i) Introduction to Positive Psychology ii) Character Strengths iii) Resilience iv) Mindset Workshops are available in 1-hour, 2-hour and 4-hour formats.
