Our Mission
In Malaysia, teenagers experience stress, anxiety and depression more than ever before. One in every five teenagers between 13-17 years old had experienced depression*. We strive to increase teenagers' knowledge, skills and competencies at improving their own mental wellbeing.
Our mission is to produce 1 million happy and confident teenagers in Malaysia. We do this through coaching, counselling and positive psychology education directly for teenagers. Apart from that, we also empower, educate and enable parents, teachers, and mental health practitioners to generate a stronger force towards our mission.
